You can make payment through jowele if you choose PayPal and credit card as payment method for your order. You can also make payment through PayPal website directly. Check the following for detailed information of payment options.

3 . How to make a payment via Paypal?

        Paying through Paypal is easy. If you have a VISA or MASTERCARD, you can pay us directly through our online verification.
      Step-by-Step Guide To Using Paypal:
      You will be required to register as a user with Paypal to begin transactions with us. This is free and is very easy to do. Just go to www.paypal.com to open the Paypal site and then follow instructions below.

      1. Register at Paypal.com
Go to http://www.paypal.com/ and become a registered user. Please follow Paypal instructions on how to do this. If you already have an account with Paypal, then proceed to step 2).

        2. Send money through Paypal to [email protected]
Log into your Paypal account and click on the SEND MONEY tab and send payment to [email protected]. Be careful to put in this email address correctly, otherwise we may not see your transaction.
Enter total amount in US Dollars in the AMOUNT field. Enter your ORDER NUMBER in the NOTES field. Your invoice number is provided to you on-screen and via email after you complete your checkout with us.
Click Continue and review your information, making sure that your shipping address is correct.

      3.Notify jowele When You Have Paid
Please note the Paypal Transaction Number once you complete payment, and advise us the transfer ID. Once payment is confirmed, we will process and prepare your order.


4 . What can I do when i can not make payment for my order through jowele?

1.By PayPal:
If you can not make payment through jowele website, please try to make the payment from PayPal website directly. Just submit a ticket or feel free to send email to [email protected] if you still have any problem. Our customer service representatives will deal with that as soon as possible.

2.By Credit Card:
We accept credit card via the third international payment service provider Global Collect, which accept four types of credit card (Visa, Master Card, JCB, American Express) at present. So please confirm if your card is the type that Global Collect accept firstly.
Secondly, please make sure you have input the correct Card No, Expiration Date and Security Code.

3.If your card can not be used on our site, you can also pay by credit card through PayPal. Just follow the below steps:
Step 1: Login to the PayPal official website www.paypal.com
Step 2. Click the tab ''send money" at the top of homepage
Step 3. In the “send money now” at the right side, please fill in all the information that is requested, and click "continue" button, then you will be taken to the page for filling your Credit or Debit Card information and finish the payment.

5 . How to apply my credit left on jowele to my new order?

In the final step "Make Payment" after placing the order, our system will ask if you would like to apply your credit to your new order, Yes is the default answer. Just go ahead to make payment and your credit will be used for your new order.


6 . How to make a payment for my order via credit card?

There are two ways to pay by credit card.
Through our site (Global Collect):
Step 1: Login to your account on our website
Step 2. Click "Make Payment" button beside the Order No. you want to pay
Step 3: Choose the payment method "Credit/Debit Card"
Step 4: Fill in Card No, Expiration Date and Security Code, and then click the icon “pay now“
Through PayPal:
Step 1: Login to the PayPal official website www.paypal.com
Step 2. Click the tab ''send money" at the top of homepage
Step 3. In the “send money now” at the right side, please fill in all the information that is requested, and click "continue" button, then you will be taken to the page for filling your Credit or Debit Card information and finish the payment.
